What it does
Your own booking page
Your photographs, your colours and your words, at an address you can put on your website and share anywhere.
Paid straight to you
Card payments go into your own Stripe account. Take it all at booking, or a deposit and the balance before they arrive.
A calendar that cannot double-book
Online bookings, phone bookings and the dates you block for yourself all come off the same calendar.
Prices for every season
Seasonal prices, a discount for longer stays, extras such as a dog, and your own cancellation terms.
Emails that go out on their own
The confirmation, a reminder before the balance is due, a note before they arrive, and a request for a review afterwards.
Reviews guests can trust
Only from people who stayed, and published whatever they say. You can reply to every one.

Questions owners ask
Does Coble take commission on my bookings?
No. You pay a monthly or yearly subscription set by how many places you let, from £15 a month, and that is all. Guests pay you directly, into your own Stripe account.
How do guests pay?
By card, on your own booking page, through Stripe. The money goes into your own Stripe account and on to your bank. You can take the whole amount when they book, or a deposit now and the balance before they arrive — Coble reminds them before it is due, and you can send them a link to pay.
Can I still take bookings over the phone?
Yes. The new booking form puts a phone booking into the same calendar, tells you the price as you type, and emails the guest the same confirmation they would get booking online. Cash or a bank transfer can be recorded against it.
Can I set seasonal prices, discounts and extras?
Yes. Set prices for the seasons, a discount for longer stays, extras such as bringing a dog, and your own cancellation terms. Guests see every charge in the price before they pay.
I already let through Airbnb or Booking.com. Can I keep them?
Yes — keep them for the weeks they fill. With calendar sync, an add-on, Coble reads their calendars, so a night booked on Airbnb or Booking.com comes off sale here within fifteen minutes, and they read yours, so a direct booking closes the night there too. Without it, block the dates you have sold elsewhere on your Coble calendar and nobody can book them twice.
What if something goes wrong when I am not looking?
Coble watches the part that costs money. If a guest is charged and no booking follows, your Today page says so within half an hour, and we are told too. Every payment is also in your own Stripe account, so a booking is never lost along with the website — and two guests can never both pay for the same night.
Will guests find me, or do I have to send them?
Both. Your booking page has its own link for your website, social media and emails, and once we have looked at your listing it also appears in the Coble directory of places to stay.
Is there a contract?
No minimum term. Try it free for 30 days with no card. After that it is monthly or yearly, and you can cancel from Billing at any time.
Who looks after my guests' personal details?
You do, and Coble handles them for you under a data processing agreement. Coble never sells your guests' details or markets to them, and removes them 24 months after their last stay unless you choose another period.
Try it for 30 days, free.
No card now. Cancel whenever you like.
