The plans differ by how many places you let. Nothing else is held back.

    Your colours, your typeface, your photographs, on your own domain.

  • Payments straight to you

    Through Stripe, into your bank. We never hold your money.

  • A calendar that holds

    Two guests cannot take the last cottage at once. That is the hard part, and it is done.

  • Deposits and balances

    Take a deposit now, the balance before arrival, and let the reminders send themselves.

  • Cancellation terms

    Your ladder, applied automatically, so a refund is not an argument.

  • Guest emails

    Confirmation, balance reminder, pre-arrival notes and a review request.

Importing your Airbnb and Booking.com calendars is an added extra — ask, and we will switch it on.

Would you rather we built it?

The software is the same either way. What you would be paying for is somebody sitting down with your photographs, your prices and your rules, and setting the whole thing up properly — then handing you the keys.

A one-off fee, by the size of your plan, paid once. The monthly plan runs alongside it as normal, and there is nothing further.

Before you ask

What counts as a place?
Anything bookable on its own — a cottage, a room, a hall for the afternoon. Two rooms let separately are two; a cottage that sleeps eight is one.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Guests pay you through your own Stripe account and the money goes to your bank. We never hold it and take nothing from it.
What if I need to stop?
Cancel whenever you like and it stops at the end of the period you have paid for. Bookings already taken are unaffected, and you can export everything.
What happens if a payment fails?
Nothing sudden. Your site keeps taking bookings for a fortnight while we get in touch. Confirmed bookings are never cancelled or hidden for a billing reason, ever.
